LEQEMBI pricing

Leqembi Pricing Icon

What you'll pay for LEQEMBI depends on a number of different factors, like your prescription insurance, out-of-pocket costs, and your specific dose. It will also change if you take LEQEMBI once every 2 weeks (initial twice-monthly treatment schedule) or once every 4 weeks (once-monthly maintenance treatment schedule). And any dose adjustments throughout treatment would also impact your costs.

Because LEQEMBI is given through an IV infusion, the list (or wholesale) price is based on the number of medication vials needed. For example, a person who weighs 165 pounds and takes LEQEMBI once every 2 weeks would pay $2,304.74 per month. This price does not include the cost of diagnostic or treatment-related tests or costs involved with receiving your dose, and may not reflect the price paid by patients. Most patients with prescription coverage will pay less.

Estimated costs are based on a per-vial cost of $256.08 for a 200 mg vial and $640.21 for a 500 mg vial. The number of vials needed per infusion depends on a patient’s weight.
