The LEQEMBI Companion app is your digital partner designed to help support you at every step of your
treatment. It is a free app that was developed with Medisafe’s Medication Management app.
The LEQEMBI Companion app makes it easy to:
Set personalized reminders for
appointments and treatment dates.
Track when and where you injected with
LEQEMBI IQLIK—down to the location.
Keep track of important information, including your
healthcare team’s contact information and a place
to take notes.
Connect your loved ones for their support
The Medfriend feature on the app helps you connect
with a care partner to help support your routine. Your
Medfriend will be alerted about missed doses and
appointments, helping you stay consistent.
You do not need to be enrolled in
the LEQEMBI Companion™
program to download
and use the app.

These steps will direct you to the Medisafe app. From there, you will select LEQEMBI as your treatment.
Scan the QR code, then
tap the
pop-up banner
Tap "Get" or "Install" to
download Medisafe
Follow the prompts and
tap "Get Started"
If prompted, enter the
verification code [XXXX]
